To Enroll in Elase Academy

1. Download the Application For Enrollment below

2. Complete the application form and submit with $50 application fee:
   • via fax 801-208-5740
   • via e-mail at theacademy@elase.com
   • in person at Elase Academy
3. Contact our Admissions Office to set up a Financial Aid meeting.
4. Submit all required documentation at least 30 days prior to your desired start date.
5. Once you have been accepted for enrollment, a $500 tuition deposit is required to hold your place at the Academy.
